I personally like how the dem's kept voting open for wire tapping bill open past the time it was supposed to be done...the repubicans had won during the "what was supposed to be" alloted time...however the dems kept the voting open long enough to put the republicans back behind...that was dirty of them, and something like this hasn't really ever happened prior to this either...
summery: dems screwed over the republicans...rep's wanted to pass legislation that would allow the gov't to wire tap on suspected FOREIGN (nobody from the U.S. in case you can't understand English well) terrorists. The court system that deals with them now is tired of having to spend so much time on something overseas...their job is to protect the people here at home. Basically...the bill would save money and allow us to listen to suspected foreign terrorists sooner, rather than waiting til it's too late...
/end rant...if you dont know what im talking about look it up on any news website.

Pretty much all political parties are stupid to one extent or the other and whether any body will actually admit to it or accept the idea they are all working together for one common goal, "total control over the american public".

Don't know if you realize this or not but Dems screw over Republicans and Republicans screw over the Dems all the time. It's the name of the game, both parties are pretty FUBAR'd at the moment.

Some one in my class was talking about how a senator or whatever caught a little add on to one of the bills that was put on by someone else for $1 million that was supposed to go to an institue. Well he asked the guy if he knew abuot the institue. He replied "I don't know." Then asked if the money was supposed to go to set up the institue. Response "I don't know." Well they did some checking and the money was supposed to go to a company that was a man supporter for the guys re election campaign. Its fuckin bullshit what some politicans pull. I usually don't pay attention because I have better things to do than listen to there BS.

well the way i see it, we get screwed one way or another. politicians have one thing in mind, to get re-elected. when was the last time you actually had a say in what was going on or what bills or laws were passed? and dont tell me when i voted, cause that dont mean shit. you voted foe someone you thought would make a difference, and they havent.

So I finally got around to swapping pulleys on that alternator. It came off in 2 seconds with the impact wrench. w00t
I did some intense calculations to find that with the 2.75" pulley it is turning at 1500rpm and with the 2.25" pulley it is turning at 1800rpm. :icon_cheers:
