New project in my life

So, as most of you know, I finally sold the RSX......now have a new project. One that is actually worth the time and money that goes into it that will yield a profit.

And no it is not that white pile. That has replaced the RSX to do the job that a car should do.....get from point A to B.

2-3 months, we are just catching it during buidling right after sheet rock. we get to do some custom touches

just one side. brand new rental units are too expensive, and first time home buyers really cant do a rental with barely no down payment. just a twin since single houses around here are extremely expensive right now.
