UPS destroyed a hood that i shipped out to someone that bought it, then refused to replace it because "i didn't say anything about putting shipping materials on it" WTF?! isn't that a given when you ship something?...fucking 17 year old girls working at the UPS store...gay..

So in short, thank you UPS for jewing me out of $300 For sure going there with future shipping needs :-D...

ugh i hate ups. you shoulda saw how my block was shipped. the box was completly torn apart and parts of the block were hanging out. they packing peanuts packed into the coolant jackets but that coulda been the guy who sent it idk

Actually, I've never not had a package show up the day it was due w/ UPS. FedEx I've had BAD experiences with....6 days to get from Fargo to Grand Forks. USPS's "priority" mail means nothing more than they'll try not to be so lazy around it. They don't guarantee a delivery date.

Just Tuesday the UPS lady was delivering some wheels we ordered and I happened to be the one greeting her to sign for everything. So she proceeds to unload the first wheel and as she enters the shop through one of our overhead doors, she looks up at me, smiles and drops the first box a foot and a half on to the floor. "THUD!!!" I just stood there in disbelief. She looked at me for a second and the stupid bitch had the audacity to say "Oh, that wasn't good huh?" I said... Are you kidding me? Of course this isnt good. I'll guarantee there is a dent in this wheel now. And sure as shit, there was. She said "That's ok, you can refuse it and I'll have the company take care of shipping it back and I was supposed to order another one. I told her in the most snide way possible that they were a discontinued wheel and those were the only 4 left in the nation and they were.

If anyone ever has UPS deliver product to them, make sure you open and inspect the package first to verify its condition. They usually try to tell you that you can't but you have the right to do it and if you don't, you'll just end up fucking yourself if it is damaged.
