Black "ricer" car and Brownish Caddilac

Sorry Joel, here's another one.

I got home sometime yesterday and we had a brownish/tan Caddilac STS in the middle of our cul de sac. We figured it was a friend of the neighbors, come to find out today they thought it was a friend of ours. It had ND plates (don't remember what the #'s were) and sat there overnight and got a parking ticket.

Today they finally came and got the car while I was gone, my mom kinda got a glimpse of who picked it up. She said it looked like a 20ish year old guy, not caucasian she didn't think, and a black "ricer" car (her term she used) with a "big spoiler" and tint dropped the guy off. The guy got in the car, turned around and drove about 2 feet into the neighbors yard because he couldn't turn sharp enough in the cul de sac, and left. He also left the parking ticket under his wiper.

Anyone have any idea who this might be? We're just wondering why they left it in the MIDDLE of the cul de sac when the golf course parking lot was 10 feet away...The whole situation just doesn't seem normal I guess.

mabye its that string of car thefts... but the cop was too stupid to realize it... or it wasn't reported yet

Or they guy in the caddy parked his car there and then went and did some illegal things with the guy in the ricer car and then got dropped back off at his car in the cul de sac.
