Black jetta by west acres

Ok I was on my way up to fargo to do a lil shoppin and I say an early 90's black jetta ridin on steelies witha fart can. So at first he wasn't so bad we past him on I-94 and he just did a fly by. Then we were leavin to cum back home around 6pm and he is just stompin on the thing, squeelin his tires, and eazin up an down on the throttle in front of me. And to top it all off he got on my ass when I merge over onto the brigde. What a ricer and I thought I was bad (lol). To top it all off I was in the old lady's malibu so I don't see what he was tryin to race or impress. But does anyone know who it is?

I saw this fucktard bouncing his car off the rev limiter with about 5 people in his car at some older classic car. this was last saturday night on 13th ave.

He came around KFC and was annoying as hell. I was leaving work and he comes and rides my ass all the way through 13th.

I was him a few days ago and he was with another older red jetta. They were both acting like idiots, trying to burn outs and do reverse 180s in the mall parking lot.
