I was headed out of the KFC parking lot on 13th and out of nowhere some kids come flying around the corner (apparently circling the parking lot) and comes so close to nailing my front bumper, and after i make him back up so i can leave, my Girlfriend tries to back up and there they are RIGHT in her way so she had to back up around them! Then they follow my cousin, girlfriend and I for the whole length of 13th shouting at me (i flip the bird) and the three of us leave them in the dust, I cant stand kids like that. No respect. Nothing for anyone. Oh and by the way if you've had this same problem they were driving a white Chevy beretta (a POS)

Just stick a replica MP5 airsoft gun (orange barrel painted black) out the window and tell them to back the fuck off or it'll get real nasty. Even if they know it's airsoft them shits really hurt at close range.

according to a Fargo Police officer you can pull a gun on someone if they're on your property.

It's basically all of ND. Makes it harder to prosecute people who shoot intruders which is a good thing.
Also as far as brandishing a weapon you could be charged with either Assault with a Deadly Weapon or Aggravated Assault.

I thought about stopping and beatin the shit out of e'm they harass all the workers at KFC (some of which are nice guys) and drive around the parking lot and get in near accidents, if anything they definatley deserved to get their asses kicked.
