Hey guys, I really need to avoid spending my student loans on mods so this baby had to go!

It's ran just peachy for about a year now, compression is over 150 on all cylinders, and is daily driven by me everyday.
Good stuff:
Body has around 130kEngine has a bit over 50k on rebuild
Rebuilt head, new timing and bs belts
Rebuilt 14b turbo w/ ported exhaust side and wastegate area
New brake and clutch cylinders.
New alternator
New rotors and calipers all around as of last winter
Steel braided brake lines top and bottom set
Some generic wheels, a little curbed up, but they look good, good tires
Kyb AGX suspension w/ ground control sleeves
Emissions removed
Modded aircan w/ K&N filter
denso 190 fuel pump
Apex'i 2.5 downpipe to spun metal cat and 3 inch back to duel out magnaflow
Manual boost controller and boost gauge
EEPROM (chipped) ecu setup
A/C works but no belt on it right now
Cruise works
Prolly some other stuff im forgetting
The bad:
Could use paint? Depends on how you like your cars.
headlight motors don't work, they are always up
a belt squeels in the morning usually
suspension is a bit squeeky
could use a new clutch, which will come with the car (ACT 2600 clutch and pressure plate)
2nd gear grinds, but once you get used to it, it doesn't grind at all if you shift right
The back seats aren't in but the come with
The hatch struts don't work but I have some working ones which come with
I think with a better tranny and the ACT 2600 installed this car would rip. My slow times are a combination of poor driving skills and a slipping clutch.
I would like to get say 2500 for it but feel free to offer. Also I would take trades. Anything like a nice civic hatch or coupe with a swap or just a really clean one, or an Acura integra, or Legend. Maybe a nice maxima or lexus, I dunno.

Yeah, I really don't want to but its a matter of if I keep it, I'll end up spending more money that I don't have on it. The temptation to blow a bunch of student loan money on it is too great and I don't want to be left with nothing to live on at the end of the year you know? I'll prolly pick up a 2g after I get done with school, but for now this is the way its got to be. On the other hand, I'm not dying to see it go or anything, so I won't sell it for less than what I want for it unless I get a really nice trade.
