Don't worry it's not raining. You silly goose you forgot to leave me your number. How am I going to call you when my motor blows if I don't have you number. Here's mine 701-Doritos on a stick rock. Thanks anyways though dude. I usually don't like to hate on peeps, but if you would have just been real and actually left your number I wouldn't be writing this. I'd be calling you when my "pistons blow through my head and my exhaust falls off".....haha Peace out dude. What are you talking about...

i think it would look good with the blacked tails also but looks great the way it is.
ROFL about the pistons and exhaust. quote from AJ? haha

It's nearly impossible to use a film and if I have them sprayed I have to have them sprayed super dark in order to get them to look clean with no streaks. But then I would lose the complexity of the lights and I like the way the tails are so I'm gonna leave em. Yes I thought about it though. If some of you want to see the car in person just get a hold of me some how. My car will also be at the tintmasters Perfect 10 car show. Hope to see some of you guys there. Peace out and have fun.

I'm not trying to start anything, but the rx7/8 rotary engine isn't all THAT bad. It's like karma, if you don't drive it hard... it won't drive your wallet pocket hard either. IMO that if he take good care of the engine, it will last long until one of the seal breaks...

Just swap in a LS3!
Can I get a hijack?
After that you can replace my crappy rx8 based rear diff and get me clutch that works! And get rid of the 3rd gear studder (didn't have it a the track tho), caused by the reflash that neutered my car, worst decision on my part I was told I'd get top end. We won't get started on my car loosing 80 whp from 5500 to 6700 rpm! If Mazda didn't have the throttle body closing at 5000 rpm this car would have been over 300hp factory. 4 psi at redline is a joke!
Have you guys done any TSB's on the 2006 clutches?

Lunde Service Dept...ask for Kelly.
FWIW, I REALLY like your car, I see it every day when I take my kid to daycare and when I leave my alleyway heading east. Looks good, I wish you nothing but the best for your car. However, I wouldn't just blow off Raider, he does know better than most of us on here the lifespan of the RX8 motor.

continuing the hijack...
I'm kinda nervious if it happens again tho, I don't want it to look like I abuse the heck out of this car, I'd never launched it hard on a prepped surface, and never dropped the clutch either. But there's nothing stopping the identical replacement from doing the same thing.
I want to do the clutch but i'd like to put it off as long as possible to get a new clutch at a higher mileage. Who makes the determination on how late I can wait?

For those of you that have met me, you know that I'm always joking and to never take what I say too seriously. I'm happy with the way my car turned out. I know how lucky I am and I am totally grateful for what has been given to me. I couldn't thank Shane and everyone at Playmakers enough for what they've done to my RX8. And also Jason who I know put alot of time also just researching about my car to find what would look good. Ealier this summer I knew almost noone in Fargo, even though I've lived here since 2001. Most of my time was spent with friends in GF and snowboarding or at the lake. At about the middle of June this summer I showed up at tintmasters one night when everyone was hanging out. A few people said I, hello, nice car, where are you from. I'm not too conversational with peeps I've never met before. This next weekend I showed up and riced around town again. I met a few more people and ended up giving my number to Eric. He said he'd give me a call anytime they were out ricing. I began making friends with Eric, AJ (of course), Shane, Syrie, Derrick.
I had my car up for sale at the time and when I decided to enter my car in RMR I took the for sale signs off and fully committed to RMR. I invited everyone on my facebook, my friends, family and told everyone to bring more friends. A few showed up, and I guess that was better than none.
I knew that a chance like this doesn't always happen and that I was gonna let pass on by.When it came to the final, where the winner would be announce, I'd made friends with a few other such as Scott, Nick, Faber, Travis, and maybe a few others. I would like to thank everyone who voted for my car whether you knew it was mine or not.
I am extremely grateful to have met and made all the friends that I did this past summer. Thanks for being there for me. Anyday. Everyday.
