like I said, tcstangs would be a good place to start looking.

That's sweet man, i'm thinking about doing this same swap into an old volvo. I've been looking around and there's a nice swap on ebay. It's has everything you need: ecu, harness, complete motor, t5 tranny, and other stuff. Last time it checked it was going for like $700.

i need to get rid of the 327 first.... anyways if i want to put a rear sump engine into the car, i need to convert the car to rack and pinion and hack up the cross member. I would much rather not do this.... Anyways, i dont need a motor anymore. Im trying to work out a deal for a 390 out of an early mustang. Its carbed so i dont need to worry about tuning the EFI and making it work with the ecu/guages that are in the car, i will just buy autometers and make a panel.

ok then, why not switch the 327 to a front sump, they do make different oil pans ya know

i havent found a way to switch it... can you get me a link to a new oil pan and pickup tube?? That would be great, but i do like the idea of the 390...

anyways if anyone is interested in the 327, it is mated with a turbo 400 trans, has the following, hooker headers, edelbrock performer intake mani, Quadrajet 750cfm 4 bbl, comp cams cam, flex fan, HEI ignition, accel wires.... but i may keep it if i can find a front sump conversion...
