JDM? front end dc

I was at the BP by I-29 last night...saw a black DC teg with what looked to be the JDM front end conversion, had the jdm headlights and marker lights and everything. Had ITR stickers and wing on it. Had blue and yellow bulbs in the headlights. Anyone know what's all done to this car, just saw a quick glance of it driving by, and is it someone on here?

I met the kid tonight at MSUSM in the parking lot. its legit USDM Type R with a JDM TypeR front end with CF hood, HID's the blue and yellow. other then that pretty stock. I told him to join this sight. He is not local but from bismark
