Nissan North America sued for $100,000,000

The Altima was broadsided on Parkway Drive as it came out of a trailer park and burst into flames.

I think this may somewhat explain this rediculous lawsuit.

I figure that we should just blame the mom driving the Altima beings she apparently didn't look both ways while exiting her residence...I dont care if the Mustang is traveling 100+mph...it doesnt take a lot of brains to look both ways and see if a car is coming...especially at night when one can see headlights...its all bs

It was false advertising. And that guy doesn't deserve a penny, he is the biggest piece of shit. They offered to settle for $10k or $20k dollars to avoid the lawsuit and he said it wasn't enough. He also wanted them to pay for taxi service every week for 10 years so he could go to a different drycleaner because they were the only one in his neighborhood.
