I'm wondering if anyone knows of some places that have a decent selection of HD DVD's for rent. Cashwise Video on 25th has HD DVD but most places only have Blu Ray.

Both Take 2 Videos in Fargo have a limited selection of Blu Ray, and Cashwise video carries both hi def formats. Those are the only places I really know of, one of the Blockbusters I went to had neither.

sell it before they become a thing of the past. or save it and maybe someday it will be worth the big bucks!

                        It's a gift and it's the HD-DVD add on for my 360.

                            HD-DVD isn't dead...

Warner made the move, but alot of the retail companies are saying its far from dead.

                            http://www.news.com/8301-13860_3-9846074-56.html?tag=nefd.top

"While there's no doubt Warner Bros.' decision to support Blu-ray exclusively is a major setback to the HD DVD camp, retailers say it's too soon to declare "game over." "

Also, HD DVD has way more players out there, and you can find them for a $100 vs. BluRays $350

Either way, I've also read the whole "next gen" dvd thing might be dead w/ internet rentals starting to get a huge push from alot of major players...
