You got proof that blue is illegal? When I had my camaro, i bet i was pulled over 10+ times with my BLUE underglow on and not 1 single cop said anything about it.
i personally only thought like red was illegal here in ND, but then again I could be wrong. just saying that for all the times i've been pulled over with my neon's on, i've never once been told i need to fix them because they were illegal.
MN = i believe they are all illegal.

So if I owned a honda and did a lip kit...etc...what im doing with my car you would like?, bubba you strike me as the kind of person who is in love with honda....thats ok though, I like nissan, and others, its all personal reference, honestly I dont care what others think.
