Yea, they have some red tape on them though (can be cleaned off, i just havent). $30 for the headlights, and $50 if you want the wiring harness to them.

4x100 i think. They will fit your civic.
Oh, and the headlights will work fine, and im sure they can be cleaned up easily, just take some time.
