Might need a roomate in April

My girlfriend and I might be needing a roomate in April. Our current roomate moves out April 1st. The lease is untill august 08. We are still deciding if we want a roomate or not.
Its a town home over behind the mall. Comes with a garage space. Rent is spilt 3 ways so its pretty cheap at 261.66 a month plus utilities. We do pay all utilities but its around 75 to 90 bucks a month for everything including cable and cable internet. Its a two bedroom with one bathroom. We do have a dog and a cat. So a pet lover is a must.
We dont have parties at our house, so its pretty quiet here. My girlfriend is a Nurse and I go to school.
Its still up in the air if we want a roomate again.
