turn down the wire speed just a hair and the spatter will disappear, or just trigger itthat is the perfect size welder to be doing what you are
what is that 3.5 or 4??
Zach, my wire couldn't go any lower(3.5/10) without getting continuous burnback. I know how to set a welder ...and It's 3 inch.
