50% correct. One less wheel, at least 1500 less lbs to move, but 2 liters less displacement, 4 times LESS potential to make HP compared to stock(motor can't hold it), so far 0.1 slower 60 foot, and I have to modulate a clutch leaving the line. Regardless of the times on the track, I will race Dave on the street anytime. Whatdya say Dave?
You know I'm always up for it... I got $500 says I'll whup your ass in this snow!

I'm always up for a race, dig or a roll. we def gotta set something up this summer.... to bad the weather went to shit so quick this last fall.
I too think that fallguy will be a force to be dealt with (if he gets his car together and running).

A lot of people are going to be suprised by Matt.

I think matt's car is a great project, and will no doubt be impressive... but also I wouldn't be surprised if it took him to late into the season, or early into next season to bust off some good times because of new driving style, tuning, suspension dial-in, etc... it's not easy to jump just into a COMPLETELY redesigned car, and run good times. But, I wish Matt, and everyone looking at/for single digits next year the best of luck!

my bad on the choice of words ethan, it should have read who will have the lowest E.T. You voted the way I intended for the question to be read. Ethan>tjamz

so what happens if ethan beats dave? we all suck and kiss ethans feet?

ethan beat dave last year....enough said.

I'd like to hear some specs/numbers on these cars. I can't but screen names to real names to cars yet.Ethan's got a seriously quick bike - built motor and N20, go to tintmaster.net for all the details. I don't know bikes, but safe money would be on him, he was the quickest last year and the most improved ET if I recall correctly. I think he barely missed 8's last year
Dave has single turbo supra - built motor by this spring and an 80mm turbo (huge) with a powerglide tranny and N20 to help spool (or spray the whole way on the built motor). Could be 8's this year
Matt's FWD Probe is back-halfed and turned into RWD. Should be light and quick running Dave's old 2JZ setup. This is my sleeper pick.
I believe Kevin is running an entire tube chassis on his DSM, not sure what he's doing to the motor. 9'z maybe?

sry but its like 9.38

Marco D out of Chicago is running 8.45 (Dave am I right?)Yes you are correct. To put this in perspective, first watch the video and notice how "stock" appearing this car is.

Second, he did 1520 rwhp on an UNLOCKED auto (ie probably 2k HP crank from 3.0L)
