I used to do most of it back in the day. All you really need is good balance, good upper body strength, and the stamina to run a good distance.

And big brass one to leap from building to a 2 foot wide ledge thats 10 feet off of the ground. I thought that my abilities in parkour would be obvious, and not be a part of the discussion but no I run through walls not over them. And even then only one or two as i can't run very far, unless someone rides on my back and dangles a twinkie in front of me.

ive seen these videos before. its cool shit in my opinion since i have no athletic ability to run that long or jump and keep good balance like those in the clip.
