12" subwoofer ans enclosure (PIC HEAVY)

I'm doin something different in the Miata this year and I'm selling the subwoofer along with the enclosure.
The sub is a Zapco I-force 12". This thing absolutely rocks (especially considering the car it is in). Those who have heard it can attest to what it does. It's rated at 150w rms and 300 peak. As any real car audio guru will tell you, Zapco severely underrates their stuff an I'm sure that if powered with a QUALITY sound source, it can easily handle ALOT more. The enclosure is Miata Specific so I'm Shooting this offer out to whomever owns one (Joel-Eric and ?????).... Make me a reasonabe offer. It's gonna go cheap as I have no use for it anymore. It has fresh flocking on it so it looks great. I have no pics of it with the flocking on it (sorry). I designed this enclosure to first and foremost be able to actually use the trunk space I had and I actually succeeded. Even with the amp and sub in there, I can still put the spare in its factory location without obstructing anything. As far as how strong it is.... Well I can stand on it if that tells you anything. I have nearly $200.00 into materials alone so my loss is your gain. I just want to see it go to good use. Here's some pics of it.

I'm pretty sure the $125 is for everything Joel (minus amp). Wes has new plans for the new year, and I'll stand behind the speaker and box as being well maintained and properly built. I know you want to go "all Alpine" and I understand the reasoning, but really, Zapco is in a different league than Alpine (Amps & Speakers wise anyway)...so buy the Sub from Wes and i'll cut you a crazy good deal on Zapco components and amps.

Sorry Chuck but for once, your wrong. (better mark that on the calendar) I want 125 obo for the sub itself. I did talk to Joel earlier this eve and give him a package price which is still hella cheap considering its plug n play. I would prefer to sell it all at once but will sell the sub seperately.

Since this sub was/is a demo piece in a sponsored car, I will honor full factory warranty starting from the day this sub is purchased.
