Ok, once my car gets out of the body shop it will need paint, should i just get a quick spray done on the fenders and bumper to last me a few months or so and get the entire car repainted in fall after i save up enough, or not spend the 200 to get those parts painted and just drive around all summer with a black bumper and green fenders and still get the car painted in fall?

are you talking about just a spray job on the whole car?

buy 20 cans of flat black spray paint and paint it yourself...the whole car. I'm serious.

flat black is manly, which that car could use some of.

u would be looking at maybe 79.99 - 99.89 so it will be cheaper both ways buying paint and paintn

i was thinking about doing the flat black thing with spray paint right before i got in my wreck anyways, i might do that. Plus than if i want to respray the entire car later on it would save me money. This is goin to require a poll. I just dont know how flat black would look on that car.

Ok. I just talked to the parentals and they actually think its a good idea to paint it flat black like that. i am goin through with the flat black. Just need to know what color flat black. Semi-Flat Black or Ultra Flat Black. Here is a link to the color chart.

We painted a car ( The VTEC waggon with neon's if you guys rember it from Fargostreet meets ) Flat black in one night, it took.

                                    10 cans of primer
                                    15 cans of black paint
4 cans of clear coat <-Don't use

                                    That came to $65 bucks

Oh yeah and if I were going to do it again, I would get some good "tips" for the spay cans. And I would also buy the plastic can holders so your hand doesn't get so tired.
