1991 Honda Cub EZ90

Low hours...I've owned it for about 2 years and my dad owned it about 2 years prior to that...total it's been used about 15 hours the last 4 years and runs great. It's in fair condition. Missing the rear fender and the decals are a bit faded. That's about it... Nice ones are selling for $1200-1500 so it's priced accordingly. It's a 90cc off-road "scooter" that goes about 35mph and has great torque. Many of you have seen it and can attest to its condition and the fact that it's fun to ride.
$900, Pix to come
here's a pic of one with an aftermarket paint job...it reminds me of a vehicle that could be in halo so i had to show it

Can these be street legal? That I'm not totally sure, even though I have talked to state troopers about it in the past and they said all you have to do is add items that any moped would have (headlight, taillight, blinkers, and horn, I think that's it) and have one of them inspect it in order for it to be street legal. However, as it sits now, it isn't. Basically, contact the state patrol office and after adding everything on it just set up an appointment for an officer to come look at it...They'll give you paperwork of some sort saying that it's now street legal. However, beings it's above 50cc, it'll have to be insured and used as an actual motorcycle.
