on my way home this after noon going down hwy 10 and saw 8-10 ND state patrol cars followed by 2 bismarck police cars going east through glyndon. does anybody know why??

Today at work we had 2 police cars (2nd ave north just off university) down the road with lights on in front of an alley. On the other end of the alley there were 5-6 police vehicles, an ambulance, and fire truck. The police often cruise through that alley in groups of 2. This was around 10:30-noon
