Turbo failure??

My Dad has never seen anything like that happen with turbos. And he has seen lots of screwed up turbos.

I am curious as to what even causes that kind of decimation.

it happens. the old stage 5 wheels used in the PT-54 used to grenade all the time in the late 80's. Theres a few buicks with holes in the hoods from the same thing, crazy
