Maybe about 75%. There are a ton of people riding while texting without a helmet, jacket, gloves, anything. They're asking for pain.

On the other hand, it's not like every four-wheeled driver is a patron saint always obeying the rules of the road. I'm sure they don't text, eat or talk on their phones while driving either. /rolls eyes

That said, when I see the rare guy in leathers and helmet, I'm thrilled when he opens it up a bit when the roads are empty, or when he drops a knee heading towards an apex. That's a guy that knows what he's doing, has appropriate situational awareness, and is out to ride instead of out to be seen. I don't mind people enjoying a drive/ride as long as they're demonstrating some thinking ability and discretion.

Lol. So now everyone needs to wear leathers when out for a Sunday cruise or when driving to the store or else they'd be classified in the "only out to be seen group"?

There is a difference between texting on a motorcycle and texting in a car. Your just a plain fuckin' idiot.
