Sorry to hear homie, that is really gay.
Hook up some motion sensing alarms and or lights, and put plywood on the sheetrock, maybe wireless video cams too.

you guys might want to look into this thing
http://www.lasershield.net/
I wouldnt recommend it cause its not all that great, but it is a decent price and it is portable/movable from place to place. I plan on buying one in the near future. This and a cheap motion activated camera woudl be less than $300 or so

You should bring this up with the management company. Maybe they will install some cameras outside. Its not like they dont have the money. This has happened way to many times now, in the same garages.Good luck. Camera systems are not cheap and trying to pry money out of a property management company is like trying to get water from a rock.

those damn keyswitches are a pain in the ass to keep secure. Honestly if you don't tie the wires off to something, people are figuring out they're jumpable more and more often.. put a spring on the wires that pulls them back if they disconnect, or hook them around something that'll fall away from the wall. I've run security-head bolts through the siding on a couple to keep them from being pulled off easily, followed up by washers and nuts, bent the bolts over afterward so they can't be removed from the outside anyway.. but if somebody really wants in, they'll find a way sooner or later.
the longer it takes to get into something, the better chance of deterrence and the better chance the person doing it will get caught.. best bet with a garage is just keep your valuables out of it, though.
kicking in the garage walls, there's bound to be some kid running around town with a cloud of dust billowing behind him. somebody catch this little pigpen.. I bet his car's full of drywall crap too.
