I wouldn't leave the sign up saying "i'm better" i'd get his quote/prices and post them! than do mine and show how we're better... like i've seen @ muscatell how they compare prices to local competition on oil changes/rotate tirest, etc.... And as far as I saw; it was just a suggestion worth looking into... Seems to me he was just try'n to help the company he worked for out by improving business himself...

i dont even get what business quotes etc have to do with a non business website.
fargostreets a public forum, and the only things sold on here are just classifieds from guys who have pieces on cars that need money. the only businesses on here mainly are SLS and TM which just advertise sales. none of which are affiliated with any of this.
but like jim said before, we looked on drakes "company" site, and he wasnt even on the employee list.
Tried emailing him or somethin and the email didnt go through.
but i remember when dubbsy and drake were gonna make a fargo street replica that was gonna be better, which isn't up yet.(another lie).
drakes a pretty nice guy being the only time i talked to him was the 4th of july. so its not that i have anything against him, just hes a liar plain and simple.

Well he didn't quite put himself out there until after it was already done. But who cares; when your fresh to a business like that you want to pull in as much business as possible to show your a good employee.. That's my point; I'd prolly of done the same in his shoes.

drakes been proven a liar after countless amounts of evidence.
is that sayin drakes a bad guy in real life? no, because he was nice the only time i talked to him.
was it dumb of him to tell jim about professional web designing about a local car forum? yes, what do you need other then topics and a DECENT layout?
None of this supports primarily 1 local vendor. Jim was contacted by TM to make their site, because I guess they just liked SLS's layout. Good, easy to access cheaper layout.

Ya; This whole thread is stupid... My point is that there is nothing wrong w/ the kid... I live w/ him so I would know.... He doesn't steal or mooch like some people I know that stop by here... I have more respect for him than most ppl..

Drake is a nice guy no doubt about that... cool to hang out with a majority of the time. That is of course if you know when to dodge his lies.
We are just proving a point here that Drake being the nice guy he is does talk himself up and lie quite abit. It doesnt take lies about how fast your car is or what parts you have. About your job and what you get paid to make friends. It just takes being a car enthusiast and being a down to earth laid back person to make friends around here.
Drake would be a 100% more likeable person if he didnt lie so much all the time or talk himself up. I have no problems with him being I have been around him enough to know when he is and isnt lying. He just gives a bad impression to people when he lies so much.
BTW when did sales consultants make websites?

Has Audi A-4 sitting in his drivewayThere are a quite a few more I know of but cant remember them. From what I have checked into he has for sure a 16g, turboXS utec, turboXS cat-back, Eibach drop springs, some kind of short shifter, had a turboXS RFL BoV, and some gauges.
The ECU was reflashed and all his maps for the Utec were erased... its running a very lean 15psi last time I drove it and a civic HB with a B16 swap all motor pulled on the car from a roll.
you forgot about the red supra he bought that was sitting at "the auto shop in west fargo" (direct quote) getting a dvd player put in it. never did say which 'auto shop' it was.. and never did mention it again.
its been said many times before. drake is a liar. plain and simple. by far the biggest liar ive ever met. everybody knows it.. and yeah it pisses a lot of people off.. including myself. but ive hung out with him a few times and hes always been cool to me and everyone else ive been over there with. then again.. he has done some really really shady stuff that probably shouldnt be talked about on here. the guy just need to learn that people dont believe what he says.
