White 03? GMC Sierra 4 door short box on chrome 20 or 22" wheels with bright ass HIDs.
He threw something at my miata as i was driving and took off my mirror and dented the fender. I have notified the police and they told me the license plate came back as someone in West Fargo but won't give me a name until the investigation is closed. I am trying to get information so I can contact his insurance company to notify them and see if they will cover it. I will not reveal who gave me his information.

Good luck, man, that sucks.. Somebody ought to know something about the truck.. what got thrown at you? Does ND have a "missile" law? (pretty much ANYTHING thrown or ejected from a car can count as a "missile" and some states are friggin' strict!)

there are websites that you can use to look up plates... it costs like $30 but its worth it... i've done it a few times before...

So after bothering the city prosecutor every day for a week, I got a name! Joseph Sornsin of West Fargo, ND. That was all they would tell me. If anyone would like to help me find a Address, phone number, anything for this guy, it will definitly help so i can try to make a claim to his insurance company. They charged him with Criminal Mischief. It is pending whether they have enough evidence to bring it to court. I don't know exactly what evidence they need, its pretty straight forward.

So I just called the city prosecutor, and they found enough evidence to charge him with "CRIMINAL MISCEIF TO A VEHICLE". Aside from the fact that the cop completely fucked up the report and took down all the information wrong, I am very impressed with the fargo PD! The report considered whatever was thrown at me a weapon, so im pretty sure hes gonna get something... any advice from anyone? Im pretty sure the city court won't make him pay restitution(or atleast thats what the cop said.) so I'll have to take him to civil court...

Looking into it it looks like Criminal mischief of less than $100-$2000 is a class a misdemeanor. Anyone know what a class a misdemeanor sentence would be in ND? I can't find that information on the website
