it was $0.43 a pound last week are Gerdau. I usually save my aluminum and sell it to the foreigners. They tend to pay 3-4 times what you can sell it for locally. This past spring I was averaging $25 per aluminum wheel, but the price was really high at the time.

I sort and save all my scrap until the price is right to sell. I am sitting on about 15 tons of scrap iron now and will just hold it until the price is respectable again.

HaHa! Im sure they will. I have a few FWD trannys torn down to the bare cases and all the aluminum is seperated. So i hope to get a decent payout. Err um.........how do you find a Bosnian????
