Ok ok, I created a new usergroup that will require a post in the intro section, now I just have to go change all the permissions for regular users to enable the promotion...

i dont get pop ups on ANY website except fargo street, and their for like home depot and stuff. idk its like that at work also. but my computer is fubar tho, i need an external harddrive so i can save my pics and music then redo my whole computer shit
