Yeah that's Mr. Healy. He was my 8th grade science teacher and rode his motorcycle to work everyday he could.

My Sv is parked in my garage waiting for me to get back in December and give it an oil change and then recover it.

happened to be back around home yesterday so I decided to ride to work after lunch. Still a little cold for the gear I have.

Too damn cold in the mornings, very little time after work before it gets cold, and I'm probably going to be out of town for harvest every weekend until snowfall. Going to 'try' to make it 58 miles home between rain showers this afternoon to park it for the year.

I'm still waiting for one last decently warm day for a ride. Then I'll probably put it away for the winter, or put it up for sale.

Yesterday would've been a great riding day before it got real windy. Little pissed considering I took the afternoon off work Friday and rode the first 23 miles (of 58) in rain to get it back home to park it for the winter.

Might still take it out a couple times when I'm back home for harvest if it's a nice day - otherwise I'm done for the year.

well, it came apart in March but I still haven't ordered the gaskets I need.

I'm gonna be the first into storage and the last out the way it is looking.

finally warmed up so I could tear some things apart to figure out a game plan and then some stupid fucking river has to go flood and take up all my time.

Yeah this winter + flooding thing pretty much fucks up our whole spring/summer. There's a lot of bikes out already. They need to be more careful than what I've seen today.

yeah, plenty of guys out riding already. I'd be leery until they get the streets swept personally.

None the less, hopefully I can get stuff ordered next week and get it ready to ride. Should have the next couple of weekends free so I can get it done.

Hurry up and get it done so I can make sure its going to run fine again this year which means I can buy a car instead of a new bike.

streets really are not that bad, there are some corners that still have a lot of sand but you can tell.
