1862 sq ft main floor, 1862 sq ft basement (unfinished)
3 bed/2 bath finished (capable of 5 bed, 3 bath when basement finished)
Main floor laundry
sun room
propane fire place
vaulted ceilings
lawn sprinklers
etc....Just have to get started on that basement theater room...anyone have about 30k I can borrow? I just spent most of my savings....

beautiful house man, where abouts in west fargo is it, i just bought my house 2 years ago in the huntington add by the new middle school. id borrow you the moneys...........but i dont have any.....if i win the lotto how about that... i tried to my a house with an unfinish basement for the theater room also but things didnt work out that way for me...

And yes, my back yard opens up to Rendezvous Park, the school (Aurora) is about 1.5 blocks away so Jaiden won't have too far to go once he starts school.
Now if I could just get them to stock that pond in the park with some fish I'd be set!

Yup, love the high ceilings in the garage...now to order that lift...
As for the fire pit, the one they originally had installed was in violation of fire code (too close to dwelling or something) and they had to fill it. Not a huge deal as I have a fire pit already.
