Flat black turbo crx

I saw a flat black crx with a intercooler on a being shipped to some one in fargo today. It had yellow front and rear bumpers, lowered, stock Si wheels. Anyone got the scoop on this crx?

i dont have the scoop on it, but i did see it roll threw work today on the trailer.
