96 Integra LS/ITR

Well i'm really having a hard time debating on if i wanna do this or not, but right now i'm in a really tight spot, so i figured i better throw it up for sale.
I have a 96 acura integra painted champ white with ITR front end and motor swap, itr tranny. I have the papers for the motor and tranny. The motor has roughly 43,000 on it and the shell is at bout 198,000 i think. car is rust free orginally came from cali. the front bumper has some paint chips along with the mirrors. Some things that are not on the list, is a vis cf hood, cf itr wing, rear leather seats, clarion dvd player, 8,5k hids and some other misc things that i can't think of right now.
i'm not looking for any trades i would like cash straight up, and i'm not willing to part out.
I'm looking at 9,700 or bo as of right now.
