Actually for my car anyways as well as my previous XB all my parts are through tintmasters unless they didnt offer them such as my Megan Racing exhaust on the G5 and my Carbon lip kit i had on the XB otherwise pretty much everything was purchased thru TM

Because i like to support an awesome local shop and its nice to have the peace of mind that if something comes shipped damaged or doesnt work properly the guys at tintmasters always take care of it, if that means spendin an extra couple bucks im perfectly fine with that : )

Is there something you feel you were overpriced on? I am curious where your statement stems from, and am openly offering for you to spread the 'over priced' experience. There are times when we have things that simply are not priced properly for the market. We cannot babysit the market and every shop that is selling stuff for a 5% margin to try and keep their doors open, so if there is a price that is out of line, all a customer needs to do it communicate with us, and 9/10 times I can call my vender and get a 1 time deal. If I can't compete with that price, don't be discouraged to shop here again :icon_scratch:

All costs money, and we make that money off of profit on selling/installing parts. Whereas that guy on Ebay doesn't have an investment in anything after he hands your order to UPS.

Thank you Shane, and for those that don't know, there was BAD blood 3-4 years ago with Shane and us. We have cleaned the slate, and I hope Shane has been satisfied ever since. Nobody is perfect.

I came in back in the day and asked about a single Recaro SRD seat. I was told it was $1,000 when thats what a set of two would be new from Recaro.

I have found our Recaro 2005 pricing. It doesn't even list the SRD's in 2005 (as they were discontinued earlier that year), but here is pricing for a Recaro Speed seat in red suede and red jersey. SRD's were about $50-$75 more a seat. These prices are not including shipping. So MSRP was actually OVER $1000 a seat for SRD's. Anyone selling a set for $1000 was either selling used, or going out of business, as they would be losing money.

So again, I ask, what price did we offer that was overpriced?

I was told it was a Recaro SRD and that it was $1000 for the seat. I though that was messed up so I looked on the Recaro website when I got home and thats what the price was for a pair. Also a set of JDM itr seats can be had all day on honda tech in the $800 price range.
