Exhaust Work

So... on my way home last night my exhaust went from not to bad to really fucking loud... got it into the shop today and the weld from my test pipe to the rest of my exhaust completely broke... I was wondering if any one knows where I can bring it to get it just welded back (I'd do it myself, but I dont have a MIG welder), It pretty much has to be done with the exhaust still on the car... I don't know where I can ever bring it, since there's no cat on it.. So if anyones know somewhere's preferably cheap and quick, that'd be great i'm getting a fucking headache when I drive it...
