Well, I finally had the bone spur removed from my shoulder. Years of football/baseball/basketball/lifting have done a toll on it. I'm going to be spending a little xtra time on here now that i hsve 2-3 weeks of free time. pain pills rock. The doctors say I should be bACK lifting around may.

    Back to sleep.

                fuck surgery!

(yeah, I'm afraid I'll be getting knee surgery before I'm 40... - and hopefully my shoulder doesn't act back up)

It actually wasn't as bad as I anticipated. the people at the orthpedic institute did very well. I have had no pain till today.

I was in there for the MRI on my knee - was happy with the doctor anyway. Didn't listen on the rehab though.... ugh
