This festival happens every year. Basically dudes with anime vinyls on their cars have a bit of a gathering.

I'm 99% sure that's an R32 GT-R [looks like it has the boxed fenders and rear wing]... covered with characters from "Lucky Star"

I have no idea what this thing is but the external oil cooler is a nice touch... this was common on 70s era japanese race cars.

The seats in the car are covered with "Dakimakura" (large body pillow cases) featuring "Yoko" of the show Gurren Lagann.

I wonder if these dudes drive around with these things installed? Most Dakimakura are life-size drawings of X-rated cartoon girls making "come nail me" faces..

If you look up "dakimakura" (抱き枕) on google translate, it says "body pillow". However, I've also read that these are sometimes called "firing pillows"
