breathalizer

ok being i know there are some cops and mabye people that know legal stuff real good on here. if i want to re-take a breathalizer test due to me believing it gave a false reading. can i? also say if i had things on my juvinile record if they ask me in court being im an adult now do i have to tell them? flame on or whatever, i googled. and figured someone here might know being different states/citys have different laws.

These days assuming you were stopped for DUI they'll give you a breathalizer on site then give you another when you arrive to jail. You can request a blood test further then that. Whether or not the breathalizer is accurate all you can to is ask for is the records of when it was last calibrated. But these days thats why they give you 2 breathailzers to verify the results are accurate.

Why does the results of the breathalyzer matter when you have already admitted to breaking the law?

I dont get what youre asking.
You took a breathalizer, failed cause youre a minor and it detected alcohol.
What's there dispute?

not that big of deal and its just that usually the higher you blow the more the fine/ community service and whatnot. an i know no tolerance some chick blew a .01 and got a minor but im just saying i never admitted that i was drinking to them and asked to retake the test but they didnt let me, and was just seeing if there are any loopholes.

BY THE WAY..... you have no argument here.. you got a minor for drinking under age, it doesn't matter what you blow if your a minor we have a 0 tolerance law here in north dakota..
so if you blow anything... your going to get a minor
i suggest you just stop trying to fight this and take it like an adult.. since you obviously are old enough to drink, you must be old enough to pay consequences for your actions.

you'll prolly get off with a slap on the wrist anyway as long as your presentable and dont have a huge ass criminal record
