Buyer/Seller rating

I was thinking it'd be a good idea to have a Buyer/Seller rating or something in the marketplace... Seen it done on a lot of other forums, that way you can tell who is good/bad to deal with... yay/nay?

A rating system works fine on the larger national boards but unless there is a huge amount of buying and selling going on I see it as more of a pain in the ass than anything.
