shipping rates

i was going to have my fiddy shipped from the aberdeen area to phoenix az, i was just wondering what everyone thought the best route was. i think it will be alot cheaper to have it disassembled and crammed into small wooden crates. does anyone know of a good shipping company with good rates? the last place i check to ship the bike full, they wanted $550 so f that.
ps: the bike is the one that itdrags sold to gnarkill, who traded it to me or a old datsun pickup

yeah it will definantly be disassembled, im thinking engine in one, frame and swing arm taken apart and stacked on top of each other in another box, forks and wheels in another
i wish the tail section came off without cutting so i could ship the motor and main part of the frame is one.

holy rip offwe just had a toyota pickup shipped from Glendale AZ to ND for $800 open carrier insured
if you had a good carrier connection you could get that thrown on for dirt cheap

yeah i havent decided which method of shipping im going to do, but im going to have my friend thats taking it apart weigh it at our farm scale that goes down to the 10 so i can get a halfways close estimate. i know a stock 06 fifty weighs 109lbs dry, and i think ups can only ship 60lbs but im sure the motor doesnt weigh over 60lbs, its a 124cc lifen
