Planning for the bbq started on March18th last year. That's a whole day sooner than this year. Hopefully we didn't start planning too late. Lets just keep our fingers crossed that this thread doesn't die off like last years.

How about the Sunday after the first AutoX, I want to say it's May 19th? A lot of people will most likely already be in town that weekend so we'd prolly get a few people from the surrounding areas we wouldn't normally get. Just a thought.

Deslow, you should post up a poll on the front page for either the 17th or 23rd and then whatever gets the most votes, you can just set the date to that. Both sound fine with me.
