That will be braced right???
yes. I will post pictures of the bracing tomorrow. we need to melt all the ice behind the dike (huge torch pic) so we can thaw the ground and dig for our sump holes. I bought 2 of the last few rolls of plastic we had at home depot. We should be done tomorrow completely. -
Man that would suck if Oak Grove got flooded again with all the walls they have installed. Last time, the clay dike built by the city broke and not the massive sandbag wall built by us students. I think they still have to put up a dike on South Terrace so we'll see what happens...

I'll be out throwing bags around all day tomorrow, and whenever I get a chance between school and work until whenever they stop.On another note: If anyone has any extra drain plugs, we need a bunch for our house and my grandma's house.
Try Fargo Water 237-0222 or Northern Waterworks.
They also have expandable balls (muni balls) to plug the sewer lines too, but then you cannot use water. -

They (crates) showed up today about 1:00 pm. Slow going for the first 100'. Had to place all material with the mini-ex. The tracked skidsteer couldn't make it up the hill. Tomorrow we have about 170' to go. Should take 1/2 day to finish.
Were going to put a couple rows on top where needed. Should be good to about 42.5' can still go higher if needed.

well we have about 430k sandbags filled now. But we now need 2.5 million for the city of fargo. We need as many volunteers as possible. Just park at the fargo dome and a bus will take you to sandbag central. Even the cass county jail inmates are there filling sandbags.
We are now suppose to crest at 42.5 feet. The salvation army is still giving out free food, water and gatorade.

i havent heard 42.5 cause thats fuckville
ive heard anywhere from 37-41 hopefully the temps drop below 32 and it slows the melting process down a lot
