how to title a 50?

anyone know how to title a crf50, i know it is possible, but what is the proper way of going about doing it. or maybe it could be completly out of the question being they banned the sale of new 50s?

I bought mine new and it came with a title. Registered as an off-highway vehicle. Get a new sticker every year for like 7 bux.

I have my 74 CT90 registeredas a motorcycle for highway use. If you don't have a title, they require you to get a picture of all the serial number you can find(motor, frame, etc.), a picture of the unit itself, and a bill of sale. That is, if it has never been registered. You have to have either a brake light or turn signals, but it is not required to have both. This was in Minnesota btw.
