Personally, I love nothing more than being completely polite when someone is just being a dick to me. Smiling the whole time and making small talk. They either get even more pissy, or realize they are being a fuckhead and lighten up. I know I've got enough equity at my jobs with my CS skills, that even if a customer complain, my Sup probably wouldn't even take it seriously.

Are you implying that I cannot handle it? I think I wouldve quit that day if I couldn't handle it. Thought it was a funny story and decided to post it. -
