The cops did the wrong thing in this situation as they are taught to keep their cool as mentioned above.

However, in the cops defense, if someone tried to run over my friend after I just chased his ass down in a high speed chase, fuck my job. I'd beat the shit out of him whether he's unconscious or not.

Wow, they let it buck for 2 seconds, and then gained restraint again.... I only see one possibly two guys that should be disciplined, not fired

When people start going on high speed police chases whats next? Eating babies? I think when someone runs from the cops they deserve to be beaten, conscious or not who cares, maybe they shouldn't be running from the cops endangering many peoples lives?
