^yup, and if you shoot him outside, drag him inside, make a mess, and then drag him outside so it looks like you shot his ass inside and he crawled out. i have been told by many cops that if you shoot a theif, you have to shoot him in your house to be in the clear.

Even then you have to have cause. The thief has to be "life-threatening".
Can we tilt the table a little more in favor of the thief... It sucks.

Wow this isn't how I imagined this thread going. I'm not into guns at all and don't think I'd ever pull a gun like that. The jack handle is a different story.

It is illegal to set bear traps....

The gun.... I'm sure since they were "trying to break in" u coulda pulled it, told them to get the fuck on the ground and held them at gunpoint till cops come... or if nothing else just watch them piss themselves
