Agreed on the A1, though I do like the taste of Heinz 57 on just about any steak/burger/chicken/shrimp....but I don't smother it with it unless it is a horrible cut of meat.

Even shitty cuts of meat can taste good without steak sauce though, you just have to marinate them.

oh and i have had expensive and cheap steak, the fuck if i can tell the difference. to me it comes down to if the cook knows what the fuck is going on or not.
