Modified magazine can't drive. Car and Driver did 14.0 @ 99 mph IIRC.

The truth is both cars are very good. The speed6 is better at handling than a Legacy GT. The Legacy gt has a mod friendly engine (no doubt b/c of the STI aftermarket), it does not have a 6 speed manual. Stock for stock it's a drivers race period! Drive both cars and pick the one that's the best for you.
