apartment available, take it ASAP

if anyone here needs a two bedroom apartment or knows someone who does, i need to get out of my lease, now.
the apartment is at 511 40st s, park avenue complex. two bedrooms, two baths, two underground parking spots, w/d connections, everything is paid. with on-site fitness equipment, community room with wireless internet access, pool, sauna, and secured buildings, it's an excellent place. my lease is done in october (unless i misremember) and i am unable to complete the term. i don't believe that management demands us to leave at the end of the lease, but they expect a notice before leaving. i have a front-load washer and dryer that are available.

rent is 845, but don't let that deter you. remember: no water bills, no gas or electricity bills, no snow removal (this place is excellent about clearing snow, even in blizzards), and you get underground parking for two cars! if you are at all curious, call me and we can talk. 701-261-9879

I can vouch for this complex being very nice. They are HUGE, have central air too.

I also recommend Park Avenue apartments, even when we were leaving they didn't hassle us. Favorite part was the in apartment controlled central air, got to love the hot tub as well.
