can't you just get a NIB arcade SKU? Don't those have the die-shrink / falcon MB and HDMI out now?
[edit: current MB is Jasper, which has cpu/gpu die shrink, and still has HDMI].
Any falcon or jasper board will have HDMI, is what it boils down to.
